Para Pusulası ("the application") is a private automation tool operated by Sahar Noorizadehtehrani ("the operator"). It prepares and publishes video content to YouTube channels owned or managed by the operator, and reports on their performance. The application is not offered to the public, has no registration, and provides no service to any third party.
Use of the application is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. Where these terms conflict with the present document, the Google and YouTube terms prevail.
The operator is solely responsible for all content published through the application, including its accuracy, its lawfulness, and its compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and monetisation policies. Automated preparation does not transfer responsibility away from the operator.
Authorisation granted to the application may be withdrawn at any time from Google Account permissions. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and ends the application's access to Google APIs for that channel. Content preparation that does not use Google APIs continues until it is stopped separately by the operator.
The application is provided on an "as is" basis for the operator's own use. No availability guarantee, warranty, or fitness for any particular purpose is offered or implied. Scheduled activity may be interrupted by maintenance, quota limits, credential expiry, or changes to Google APIs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator accepts no liability toward third parties for loss arising from use of the application, since it provides no service to third parties.
These terms may be revised; the current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
